Annual Maintenance Contract is a scheduled base maintenance approach to ensure that the equipment is functioning smoothly. The components are replaced as per schedule to avoid any malfunction. This team visits the client infrastructure regularly, and also attends emergency calls from the clients.

The maintenance and services contracts covers the fixing of the issues with equipment. Repair is done either at the site or at the factory using original spare parts. And , by ensuring the equipment is fully operational and tested before it is returned to the customer.
